      Pros

      People connects with you easily, open minded people. If you like travel around the world this is your company, although you can also chose don't travel. Depends of your position.

      Cons

      Much paperwork sometimes prevents you from acting quickly in your work, but I think it 's necessary.

      There is not too much pros and actually after re-organization we do not have ericsson global ()

      Very good place to work for engineers, focused and engaging, but management has amateur skills.

      Very good place to work for engineers, focused and engaging, results oriented. Especially good during formatuve years, as they provide good training and soon practice to help build professional engineering skills.

      Cons

      Unfortunately enough for the good engineering workforce, management is often populated with overpromoted engineers that struggle heavily with the Peter's Principle syndrom.
