Great work life balance. Very good infrastructure (cafeteria, office in general, nearby facilities and public transportation). World wide knowledge sharing community and good support from it. Lots of opportunities all over the world. Competence development mindset through on the job training, formal training and certification programs.

Cons

Not competitive salary and benefits. Distant management.

Pros

Work culture is good, people try to give their best to the company. Competition is too too hard since most of people are just happy whith what they have, so those coming from consulting companies migh find it boring.

Cons

Some of the mid-management is too self focused and put themselves before their employees. Too strict with processes.

Oportunities you can get in big company office. If you are good , you have oportunity to grow. International environment opens new perspective.

Cons

As in any other company, if you work in small office , the oportuny to grow are smaller. But anyway it sooner or later you can get opportunity to move to biger office.
