      Pros

      Good pay, excellent benefits compared to most companies. You will be exposed to the latest cutting edge technologies in the wireless industry. Most see Ericsson as the industry leader.

      Cons

      The company has prioritized profit over all else. There is absolutely no security for seasoned employees. Once you have reached a certain level of seniority you will be marked for replacement regardless of experience. Communication within the company has diminished greatly mainly due to so many re-orgs.

      Pros

      Easy to get employment direct from University. The company offers a false sense of security; it's agood place to begin one's career.

      Cons

      It's not easy to transfer your place of work within Ericsson; at least not on a Global level. The organisation is compiled in a stiff vertical hierarchal architecture.

      Pros

      It is a worldwide company, and a high tech telecommunications business. You can work on high end projects, with some very competent engineers

      Cons

      They don't pay that much attention to the efforts of their employees. There is almost no reward. They can lay you out very easiliy even with many years of experience and a hard dedication.
