      Great exposure to international business, difficult to drive change.

      International exposure, massive scale, ability to move across functional boundaries

      Cons

      Very slow in decision making, has difficulty in executing stated strategy if it takes change, difficult to move up if you are not swedish

      Good company but gets old after a while

      Pros

      Flexible hours depend upon the manager. Dome managers are very flexible in working hours, working from home from time to time. However, some other managers are not flexible at all.

      Cons

      Not much chance for downtime between projects. You get to accumulate alot of banked time with almost no chance of taking it. Promotions are very rare. Past the second level of management it is almost excusively Swedes. Decision are made by consensus (nobody dares putting it's foot down) and then the earlier decisions often get brought back into question over and over.

      Entrepreneurial spirit gets recognized and rewarded - you sometimes get the opportunity to drive your own ideas if you can convince your boss; good place that recognizes that there is life outside of work; if you work for a good boss you can go a long way; many oppportunities tow work international but (depending on job category) not always required

      Cons

      Highly political; personal growth and feedback is mostly dependent on you manager and your grandfather (managers manager) - if one of them sucks you can have a hard time; No strategy for talent management; no long-term planning for most employees; very technocratic and silo-oriented; only few people forcus on the best for the company - the not-invented-here spirit is to strong.
