The work day never ends. Very difficult to turn off the blackberry and employees are expected to answer their mobile phones at home 24/7 with no on-call pay.

Ericsson posses great human capital - dedicated and talented people, who perform at their best to protect the company interests. High quality products and services, that meet the customer expectations. Corporate responsibility demonstrated on a different levels as Ericsson response (support for humanitarian missions and disaster recoveries), green programs etc.
