      Pros

      A lot of opportunity exists in their marketplace. They commit resources where there is opportunity. As a European company, they balance time-off better than most American companies.

      Cons

      Constant reprioritization. A focus on numbers to the point that over estimating financial results was common in order to keep a sales unit from not being disbanded before they had the opportunity to address a marketplace.

      You get to work with smart people, you can achieve success very fast, very dynamic, fast paced environment, your initiatives and hard work are recognized and appreciated.

      Cons

      Poor leadership in some areas of the company, not very competitive benefits plan, company is lacking some employee engagement policies, at times political, at times disorganized due to tremendous growth, not very structured.
