      Once in the door, the opportunities to explore other positions - around the world - are open to you. However, like any company that is driven largely by its book of business, you need to be prepared to move quickly when a project scales down or closes or you could be out of work.

      Cons

      Siloed management philosophy. Inward focus on department goals can come at the expense of overall system efficeincy and effectiveness.

      The working environment is really nice. You will really learn in their trainings. Less politics. Employees are also nice. They help one another.

      Cons

      Most of the time, you have to render overtime to finish the tasks assigned to you. Aside from that, you are also given tasks to work at home.
