      - The technology. - The people. - The IT. - The salary. - Restaurant card, transport card, private health insurance. - 100% remote. - 100% English.

      Cons

      - The mentoring program: make sure your mentor is from your team. - The mentoring program: follow blindly and only what your mentor says, even if it conflicts with your team's interests. Otherwise, you will get fired no matter you do next. - I was not interviewed by my team or leader, but by other team's. Therefore, when I entered my actual team, the conditions were different. For example: - In the interview, I asked if they followed scrum or any agile methodology. They said yes. Turned out to be a complete lie.
