Compensation low After advancing to senior, career growth becomes stagnant with little salary increase and unclear career options for tech people. Quite process heavy. It has worsened in the last year or so. Work can be uninteresting at times. A lot of reports and documentation to be filled out with unclear value. This can result in little dev time.
