Ericsson at MOAI seems utterly raciest, within India they are obsessed with working location as NCR ignoring the fact that they themselves sale and service mobile equipment’s those are for mobility and promote working from any location. Also management layer is occupants with Australian and Swedish expats which is practically an obsession than need.

Cons

Climbing the career ladder with good work from any location other than NCR and sometime from Mumbai and Bengaluru is not only tough but toughest.

Not much room for professional growth unless you are based in Sweden. I got a raise and a senior title but no change in responsibilities.
