Despite having a professed policy for open communications, pointing out problems and asking difficult questions results in hostility. If you are passionate about finding better ways to do things, it is better to be quiet and start looking for another job. If you like stability and status quo, Ericsson is a good place to achieve your ambitions.

There were practices involving intellectual property that I found unethical but were allowed to continue rather than impact the delivery process. Management repeatedly "looked into" the problem and was always "working on a solution", but after 5 years, the problem had not been solved.
