Pros

Great co-workers since everyone is basically in their 20's. If you can put up with ERAC for a year or so you can use that on your resume to get you a MUCH better job (pay, hours, everything)

Cons

Lets just give you a run-down of whats it is like to work at Enterprise: From the start of the job you are given the title Management trainee, which is basically a less glorified version of what the other over-dressed hamsters at each Erac branch do each day. You are in a suit, with the expectation that you will have polished shoes and be business professional, washing potato chips out of the back of smelly cars. Maybe you will find a syringe, maybe a dirty pair of underwear....who knows, but every day, rain or shine, sleet or snow, your out their doing manual labor in 300 dollar dress clothes. Besides that, the environment is full of frat boy meat-heads, who are very drunk off the company Kool Aid. You are pushed to sell, sell, sell........basically scaring old people in buying their worthless insurance products. In addition, you work so many hours that your whole life begins to crumble. You have no time to work out, so you gain weight. No time to spend with your loved ones, so your relationships falter. You live, eat, and .... there

Pros

They promise you that you will be a manager, and of course you will end as a manager in less than 3 years, and that is due that no ones wants to work here. You wont have life balance for the rest of your life, you will be working between 60 to 75 hours every week, It doesnt matter your position, anyone must work more than 60 hours per week, but in reallity you end up working more than 65 always. They pay you 6.69 per hour, that would be 12k per year in a normal job doing 35 hours per week, but as it sounds really bad for a graduate job, instead of taking 2 guy and split the hour (35 per week each) they hire only one guy to work around 60 to 70 hours per week for 20k per year.

Cons

Have you noticed that there are lots of great comments about working at enterprise and your career progression? well that is cos managers are told to ask us to post comments about the company on glassdoor, and we must indicate the place where we are working, and then they check it. thats why. and of course it is true that you will end up being a manager, but that is cos no one wants to work here, doing 70 hours per week as a manager? where is your life?they dont care about your life, they just care about the money they earn, how can they dare to say that they care about you when you always work between 60 to 75 hours per week? and dont forget that they pay you 6.69 per hour, (minimum wage is 6.50, you get more money at mc donalds!!) As i said before avoid coming to enterprise, and if you do, just check everything, ask yourself why all the staff are in their 20s, why the manager is so young, why the manager have been working just 3 or 4 years in the company and why all the rest of the employee at the branch have been working less than 1 or 2 years, ask yourself why no one stay at the company.

Pros

The largest pro is the environment you work in. It is a positive, fun place to spend your day. Salary and benefits are very competitive for a recent college graduate. Although the hours are long, they pass by quickly and everyone is very upfront about what they expect of you. Lots of room to move up in the company and all higher-up employees are very helpful and open. Managers stand behind your actions.

Cons

The only con is the long hours, but they are realistic about explaining them when you are considering the job.
