Pros

Learn how to sell, market, and motivate employees. Working long hours definitely gives you an appreciation for being efficient. Great management training program. Enterprise definitely works hard and plays hard. I had a great deal of fun after work and especially in the yearly Orlando Management Meeting.

Cons

Long Hours. Under staffed. Limited upward mobility after becoming a manager. Washing cars and doing the dirty work. Listening to upset customers all day.

Pros

They hire some of the best people. While at Enterprise, I worked with some of the best teams ever!!! I still to this day keep in contact with a lot a people I worked with. Enterprise as a company does a lot to promote friendly relationships in the workplace.

Cons

NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE. By the time to average out your salary with the number of hours you've worked, you're no making all that much money. Also the time off, sick days, and vacations days are way less than other companies.

Pros

People are fun. Lots to renting a car

Cons

Pay and benefits were not great especially for the work that you do. Company deals with 80% replacements which means insurance claims customers. The customers are already upset about their accident and are very disgruntle and impatient. The nature of the job is creepy in the sense of picking up customers. A lot of the times you don't know who you'll encounter. Also there's no work/life balance. Full-time employees work anywhere from 40-60 hour days.
