Pros

The Management Trainee program is one of the best entry-level opportunities if you’re serious about building a long-term career in business. You get hands-on experience in sales, customer service, operations, and leadership right away—it’s not a “sit behind a desk” role. The promotion track is very clear, and if you hit your numbers and stay consistent, you can move up relatively quickly compared to most companies.

Cons

It’s not for everyone—if you’re not comfortable with sales or fast-paced environments, it can feel overwhelming. Also, some locations can be understaffed, which adds to the workload.
