Pros

*Works with school schedule. *Doctors note for sickness of not only yourself, but also your children, will excuse absence. *Overtime potential throughout the summer *Flexible time off throughout the winter. No forced reduced schedules due to low phone volume. *Ability to earn commission. *Management will work with you to achieve goals if not being met. *Impressive amount of paid time off, especially within the first six month of employment.

Cons

*Standards are constantly changing. *Not very many opportunities for advancement. *Pay increases have been made impossible to achieve, and also have been reduced by half of what was previously offered. *Customers are extremely aggressive over the phone with no ability to compensate or mediate outside of apologizing and listening.

Pros

Excellent sales training, amazing first job because you wear so many hats as an MT, You will gain experience in areas ranging from car washing to accounting and account managing. Company events and happy hours,

Cons

Company too focused on sales of "protection packages" than actual leadership potential when it comes to promotion. After promotion to branch manager promotions are based solely off politics and nepotism not actual work ethics and character. the upper management direct in store employees to book more reservations than they are actually cars for and leaves the employees out to dry with dealing with angry customers. Upper management sets up branch managers and assistants for customer service failures but makes customer service a huge part of promotions. (esqi)

Cons

Working every weekend, working third shift. Points if you had no accrued time and needed to be off. No advancement
