Pros

Nothing bad to say about the company in general. The program in exceptional. Move at your pace, and get promoted as quickly as you can. They give you more skills than any other company. Make many lifetime relationships.

Cons

This is not a place for a single parent. People often get promoted based on sales performance numbers, not on whether they are ready to become a manager. Most upper management is exceptional, but some Area Managers have no business in their position, and HR and above will always take their side. Not a place to work if you expect fairness and equality in the workplace. Often left running branches alone, then penalized for complaints from customers or accounts.

Pros

Being in charge of running branch day-to-day at times

Cons

Everything is a con about this job. I cant believe I left my happy job to come to this horse man - ure. Basically when you join this company you may as well start preparing for your hearse with the depression and the overworking. The breaks for 50-55 hour working varies to 30 minutes. Daily working hours can range to over 10 hours. Graduate job my back side, its all about sales, they do not care about you or the customer and don't even get me started on pay. Only 4/12 people from my assessment day have survived into 7 months...needless to say more!? The job involves such a ridiculous amount of driving and sales its beyond belief, you miss damage on return of a car and its on your HR file for 2 years, sorry mate didnt go to uni to be a sales person and have a mechanical skillset and ability. The average manager makes £35k, area managers, £110k , Area Managers Vice Pesident of Group £350k easy and so on. Management Trainees £20k on a 50hour week with 30 minute breaks its the same throughout scotland, dont bite the job. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
