      Very unprofessional environments. Hard work for very little pay. Not rewarding. Endured harassment, bullying, sexual misconduct. Not worth it!! Run!

      Great for workaholics, terrible for mental health.

      Pros

      You can quickly climb to Branch Manager if you are top achiever. You will adopt a crazy work ethic if you last longer than a few months.

      Cons

      Corporate expectation of working at minimum 12 hours a day, 5 days a week with no breaks. Moving beyond Branch Manager position is an old man's club, you must drink and indulge management in whatever they desire to move up. Expected employee churn, there are little to no incentives to stay once you are beyond 2 years, including no training. No support from management, rampant abuse including bullying, and an alarming number of management dating/married to employees they manage(d).

      Pros

      All the management as well as employee base in general is incentivized to provide excellent customer service which leads to everybody working hard to create a good atmosphere. The position I have is pretty set in stone, but the managers all have a lot of promotion opportunity based on performance so they do a great job as well. I've personally earned almost 600 dollars in bonuses one month and I only work part time, so the opportunity to earn more is awesome.

      Cons

      Have to deal with rude customers that you just have to smile and wave at- pretty typical of any customer service job though honestly.
