Pros
+ Not the worst pay (But also a con) + Nice Coworkers/ friendly company environment + You get to travel around/drive/be on your feet a lot if you like that + Good benefits + Hour lunch + Lots of different avenues to pursue as far as promotions/career advancement go (there's a catch--)
Cons
+ As anyone will tell you, these hours are NO JOKE. They don't seem that bad at first but you pretty much end up getting home so tired you have enough time to eat, take a shower (which you will want to after washing a bunch of cars), and go to sleep to wake up for the next day. They SAY a "maximum" of 50 hours a week but be prepared to do 55-60. +The annual pay looks really nice but make sure to consider youre working an extra 3-4 days more than most full time workers per pay period. + Working weekends can suck if you don't like that, but theyre only half shifts (6hrs) assuming they don't try to make you stay back later (I've had to work a full 10 hour shift on a weekend before). You don't get lunch breaks these days. + Takes a long time to get qualified to interview for promotions, qualification is mostly dependent on your sales as well which can be unpredictable + Hard to come by promotions if you can't move/relocate easily + Cleaning cars in professional clothing gets expensive + Customer Service is everything and sometimes that means youre under the bus/
