Pros

Decent starting pay right out of college. Working with people in the same age group. Don’t have to sit in one spot all day. Hard to get fired.

Cons

Where should I start? The HOURS are ridiculous. There is mandatory OT as if we are correction officers. Customers do not realize that this is a place of business and they cannot act however they want. Management is garbage! Felt like there was a lot of sexism being that there are mostly men working at this company. Rules are broken at the managers discretion. Management will try to make you break rules that you can get fired for. If you don’t sell A LOT it doesn’t matter what you do you’re not an asset to the company so they will try to make you do task no one enjoys so you either quit (although it looks bad if you quit) or sell more. Managers will try to disregard your personal life and ask you to stay late or come early. They do not tell you on the interview that this is a 6 day work week if you do not work at a flag ship. They count two half days as one full day off. This is NOT a job for people with children.

Pros

You get to meet cool people

Cons

1) HOURS. You work over 50 hours a week, and you’re always working weekends! You literally get no time to yourself and the PTO sucks!! 2) You have to wash cars in your business clothes. And these cars are FILTHY 3) The customers are EVIL. They are so rude and talk to you however they want, but you have to hold your tongue bc you are judged by a monthly customer service score that only considers “completely satisfied” customers 4) Promotion is a complete SCAM. Getting promoted to assistant manager means taking an hourly pay cut and getting paid LESS than those below you, all while you’re working LONGER hours. 5) The overall job is soooooooo stressful. You’re always running out of cars when you still have reservations. I read a review that said working at enterprise is like being a glorified Uber driver and I couldn’t agree more. I know being unemployed is hard, but DO NOT take this job. Please. It’s the worst job ever.

Pros

-you get to work with fellow fun/young/ energetic people -

Cons

-you can't possible have a social life due to the ridiculous hours -sometimes work from 6AM to 7AM with only one hour lunch break -There are so many spots available to move up so you will be stuck at a standstill at some point whether you like it or not. The higher-ups are not going anywhere so unless you're willing to settle, find something better. -They don't care about you they just care about you keeping THEIR customers happy
