      Good environment if you want a comfortable job where challenges and progression is out of reach

      zero development. Senior Management is clearly scared of letting juniors progress and gain experience

      Pros

      Very interesting projects. Never boring job.

      Cons

      Terrible management at all levels. Every little decision is centralised by HQ and this make everything so time consuming. Local managers are very scared to take the lid without approval from Italy. Everyone who resists and grows in the Company then tend to copy the terrible example received by previous managers. Sexism and discrimination are still accepted and normalised. Burn outs glamourised.

      It is a good and solid company in Italy

      Cons

      Compared with other peers, low salary, lack of opportunity to grow within the company, nepotism, hard career path and absolutely no care about its employees. Also management is mainly incompetent apart from few exceptions.
