A good starting point for graduates, but very poor career advancements

-) Excellent company's reputation with a good governance may help you in finding a new job when decide to leave the company -) A good starting point for graduates -) A very interesting and complex business with the possibility of working abroad in very different locations -) Good work-life balance -) Very stable company (i.e. you may plan a lifelong mortgage)
Cons
-) Career advancements are very slow at Eni -) The evaluation process lacks of transparency and there is not an open communication in relation to your growth possibilities -) In the long run salaries are below the average -) Individual expectations are not taken into considerations and training needs are not tailored on individual needs. This lead to a demotivated working environment -) In spite of the size of the company, and a plenty of positions available, organizational/geographical moving programs (i.e. job rotation) doesn't work effectively
