Awful Company to work for........

Great if you are Italian looking for a job for life, if you are not then I really can't think of anything good to say about this company..
Cons
There is no meritocracy at all, you will not succeed unless you are Italian or you are one of the chosen few with an extremely brown nose. The politics, bureaucracy and internal time wasting has to be seen to be believed, very very frustrating environment where effective prioritization and leadership does not exist. The HR team in London can't be trusted, they will not help you with anything, The Italian middle management are generally inexperienced and they are literally scared of the senior managers in London / Milan, they will change your priorities on a daily basis in response to rediculous requests made by senior management in the Ivory towers...... very strange way to behave in the modern world....
