      -Exposure to many different aspects of HR -Excellent career progression for those who are willing to dedicate themselves -training opportunities/courses given readily to those who are keen to learn -fast paced and exciting work environment -international opportunities

      Cons

      - those not willing to put in time and effort will not get on here - many believe that you will not get far if you are not Italian. Simply not true, it's all about a good work ethic - many bitter employees who expect promotions for not doing anything

      Pros

      Good projects to work on. Need to stay active in all lease sales in order to secure good work and the necessary projects/permits to move forward.

      Cons

      Way too much political fighting internally/externally. Expats need to learn how to work/manage in the US - this is not Milan.
