      the opportunity to work with a recognized brand and gather some good work experience.

      Cons

      Poor remuneration of local staff and no structures for career progression leaving locals very demotivated and encouraging staff turnover.

      Pros

      Good support while hiring. Good package for engineers. Flexible working conditions. Few nice people among the staff. Nice exposure to italian culture.

      Cons

      Not a place for non-italians at all. Full of inexperieced managers, italian engineers, with no skills. No respect and meritocracy towards the people who became redundant. Discrimination due to nationality is at high level. No equal opportunity among the the employees. No difference between contractors and EIRL staff, better to be contractor rather than EIRL employee.
