      exploration and production of oil and gas worldwide currently in Ghana to deliver oil and gas to support Ghana's economy.

      Cons

      being an Italian company, there is serious cultural differences among staff and there is the need to constantly provide the platform for both national and expat to collaborate effectively and iron out all cultural differences and diversity

      Racist! Only white/europeans are welcome. Italian employees are shamelessly favoured and expats, especially from Asian/African countries are treated like dirt or scond class citizens
