Quite good salaries if compared to the Italian job market. Good work/life balance.

Cons

HR dept sucks. Entry-level is basically the same for young brillant engineers and 19yo employees with neither certifications or diplomas. Compensations and promotions are not based on what you know but on WHO you know. Salaries are under the Oil&Gas industry standards. Offices are overstaffed which results into bureaucracy, slowness and inefficeincies. If you feel like you are a talented person dont join eni! This is a company for avarage people with strong connections.

Hostile work environment characterised by unsupportive, egotistical management prone to rudeness and dishonesty, often without repercussions. An outdated Italian work culture (in London) combined with below-average compensation, making it difficult to retain local talent - roughly 3 departures per month.
