      Pros

      It is a safe place. If you have been hired, this job will be yours forever if you wish. So if you want a stable job with the average pay without making any effort, this company is for you. Employment contract is indefinite and they will not fire you even if you will mess everything or do nothing. You will still remain your job and your pay, even more, there is a chance that each year your salary will increase a little. So longer you stay, higher salary you will get. And also, you will succeed if you have extremely good communication skills or you know someone from management.

      Cons

      Company is really stuck in the last century, because (see pros) it is run (HR) by unqualified people who does not even know current developments in human resources management. HR policies are not transparent. Salaries are low.
