      Pros

      Great Exposure to filed operations, plenty of travelling and meeting experienced workers as well. Operations are open to considerations and suggestions.

      Cons

      Salary not up to widely expected range.

      Pros

      Good salary. Very generous benefits. I would say the style of the Company is more for the people who prefer to follow , rather than to lead others, in other words, not for the problem makers:-)Provides opportunity for the people who want to travel to the different places of the world for work reasons. They are trying their best to be international, they hire lots of international people , but management apart of the rare exceptions is run by Italians. A perfect place for people who wants to have a steady style of work and life which is a rare thing nowadays.

      Pros

      Good office locations. Some people actually know what they're doing. Good pension scheme and perks.

      Cons

      Corrupt to the bone, their code of ethics sounds great but they do the opposite of what they preach. People are promoted if they have the right connections and kiss the right backsides. Nobody takes notice if you do a good job because most managers are useless, you wonder how this company is one of the major oil & gas companies in the world. The word 'meritocracy' is a swearword at Eni.
