      Major oil company. Very good social scene.

      Cons

      Difficult to progress unless you’re Italian or have an uncle in high places. Bonuses are not aligned to trading performance of your desk and are very small.

      I Have not been in the company for long, but I have to say this has to be the best company I have ever worked for. The culture is great, the people are great. The management is so kind, everyone is super friendly! I don’t plan on ever leaving 😂. Love ! Love! Love! Additional Pros: + Competitive salaries + Great benefits + Hours are decent & flexibile

      If you are a lazy guy or close to retirement this is the place for you. No pressure, fat salaries (compared to what is required of you), no chance to get fired if you don't totally srew up

      Cons

      No meritocracy, no career progression (for the non connected), very poor level of professionalism, NO RESPECT for people
