      Pros

      Able to achieve good work life balance. Work becomes bit monotonous after a while. location of the office is quite convenient.

      Cons

      Career progression is very limited. Lack of transparency in performance evaluation process. Favoritism persists and false promises by management which never meant to executed. Very poor pay structure. Internal vacancies not advertised most of the time and cross department move is not easy.
