Pros

Great place to get started in Berlin start-up scene, network with Marketing, Bus Dev and Tech. Incredibly talented devs and team in Barcelona. Super inclusive environment with many identities, cultures so I quickly felt comfortable to be authentic self here.

Cons

Many of my colleagues issued complaints to HR during my time at wefox and very few were taken seriously. Action was slow even in incredibly serious cases and often resulted in nothing, no changes to policy or how values & culture are lived. Moods of senior staff impacted so much during the days of covid. Lots of big press around the company to attract more money.
