      Pros

      Good job stability. Many opportunities to build cross-functional business relationships with other teams and many opportunities to learn new things.

      Cons

      Too few paid vacation days: Only 6 vacation days during the first year and 10 vacations days per year for subsequent years. Vertical organization with many bureaucracies and inefficiencies. Too much micro managing. Very few (if any) opportunities to grow and advance in your career.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
