Pros
Good promoting options, able to learn lot of things and to assume new responsabilities. I have worked with brilliant managers, and with really good professionals and co-workers. I think it is a very good option for starting your career if you really want to work hard and learn new technologies and abilities.
Cons
Not very well paid, too many hours.
