Pros
Great team vibes from all the individuals in the team
Cons
Business model based on super greedy and mindless cheap cheaper mentality to sell at all costs design services no matter the cultural implications it might have on their long-term stability and prosperity of their teams, the long-term impact on their clients, all this with very questionable professional ethos. The leadership uses this jack-of-all trades model where for example one person has to take in 3 roles like Lead Designer + Account Manager + Project Manager across multiple projects. For example they are more than happy to offer much cheaper junior designers (with far from perfect english and clear lack of preparation for the role) from Portugal and Spain to work on huge London City investment banks, and this cheaper designers will work and compete remotely with all the other Senior Designer and London based ones like nothing has ever happened, in my view this has huge cultural implication both from a costumer relationship perspective, from a fair competition perspective and most of all from the disrupting local economies perspectives. This is the equivalent of Chelsea FC hiring 2 remote strikers (who fly in just for the weekend matches and who are not prepared at all for the task) from Portugal and Spain to play for the Premier League alongside the local players who work and live every single day in London and who contribute to the local economy as citizens of the UK... On my experience with this leadership I also felt a too "tribalistic" modus operandi, too aggressive on us-agaisnt-them mentality whenever there was a chance for it mixed with an "Alcapone-ish" subtlety of "lets find a way to get what we must get"...
