They listen to their people. If you want to try Salesforce, RPA, Data Analytics, etc They will give you sooner or later the opportunity.
Cons
The salary is not that competitive when comparing to other consulting companies. You can easily get in a project where the management is not that great, which leads to a lot of the times too long hours.
