Good company to spend the first years after your graduation if you are a computer science engineer. Do not enter if you - Junior Analyst everis Employee Review

Pros

Intense experience, lots of projects and opportunities to learn. High-speed career, but only if you act like a predator. Work environment. The people working. The corporative university. It seems that the company worries more for the employees than other consulting companies. The human ressource department

Cons

Immense amount of unpaid overtime, not uncommon to see projects working 60+ hours a week. Lack of culture of saying no to a client even when the client desires something that is clearly against its own interest. Work conditions are rapidly deteriorating and some perks that made the effort bearable are starting to disappear (extra holidays, good pay rises, etc...) Do not enter the company if you are not a computer science engineer. Very Spanish culture (I prefer European culture) Low salary Management Consulting roles too linked with IT Consulting If you get in the wrong department your career might be incredibly slow
