-Projects are sold with really tight Times, meaning you will have to spend long extra hours and even several (and i mean several) weekends trying to deliver everything on time. -High Personal Rotation. - They have a serious problem of contracting people who doesnt meet the specified role, Example, In one Area called "Business" supposedly to have Business Experts, they only manage to contract youngsters with "nice" appeareance, but zero competitiveness. -The carreer path they offer is only a deceive. They will increase your salary only on the lower levels or the first two years then its really hard to get a promotion. - Really hard to ask for vacations, even when u have more than 3 years of working there, and its your laboral right (Project compromises are always first) - They dont care about people, only to deliver on time current project, no matter what cost.
