      Training was structured Office lovely and hybrid is a perk Chance to manage own caseload and develop knowledge and skills on the job Positive career progression paths and a chance to really develop on the job

      Major changes recently very ooorly executed, leaving staff vulnerable and disgruntled. Poor seniormanagement has led to feelings of uncertainty and animosity within teams
