Pros
Big company with lots of opportunities, mukltinational company with a large number of offices arround the Globe. Opportunity to have a career inside and outside of your country. Opportunity to get visible to the upper management. Very good performance evaluation program and you can get recognized in several opportunities if you work hard.
Cons
Very confusing relationship between General Insurance and Life Insurance line of business, making very difficult to conduct projects that need approval from both LoB.
