      Small intermediary style company. Good senior management. Thoughtful and compassionate employer. Good benefits. Valued as an agent.

      Cons

      Zurich Head office only - Vice like grip on authority. Everything was scrutinized. Very very slow claims. senior council took an age to make decisions. Difficult to progress with accounts as no one would take responsibility. Claims again because it was so dreadful
