Cons

Stay away. Workday is not what it was a few years ago. We have managers treating employees poorly, and getting away with it. Toxic place. No growth. Full of politics.

Peers/ co-workers, flexibility, genuine nice co-workers

Cons

Lack of integrity and honesty. Sr, Director visited SLC two months ago and held 1:1 meetings to find out what she can do better and tell her something she did know. It was all smoke and mirrors and a waste of travel budget as they laid us all off. Workday get your crap together. You let go of some amazing, knowledgeable individuals that could’ve been moved to other orgs/locations but instead you decided to hand them their walking papers.
