Pros
1) The only pros I understood staying with this worst company is you get salary on time. Apart from this there is no other pros I have seen in my tenure.
Cons
1) Don't expect anything from your superior manager. Because he/ she will going to promise that you will get immense support from all level of management, but in the end of the day you will not get anything apart from false hopes. 2) Long strech after your shift timings is a vey usual culture in this organisation. FYI I have many friends in this organisation working in different projects having the same complain. 3) And specially I want to mention my reporting manager name Miss Nikita, who has made my journey in this organisation a worst nightmare. And obviously my only reason of leaving this organisation. 4) And very less salary package is again one of the reason of leaving as per market standards. 5) As per mention mentioned in appointment and as mentioned by HR as well we will have 9.5hrs of shift. I understand bcs of project requirement we may have to shift our timings little more, but unfortunately in my whole tenure in this organisation our team has done shifts not less than 12 Hours and extended our shift hrs till 16 hrs a day. 6) Last but not the least the HRs. Her name is Joyitee Banarjee as per designation she is a senior HR. As per her promise we will have a HR connect in every 1 month. But through out my tenure in this organisation for 1 year 2 months I have never seen any HR connect session. And throughout my tenure I got 2 calls from her 1 was after onboarding and the second call was after giving resignation. Again an another example of professional and ethical corporate culture. If I started writing down all the issue here I thing it will going to take a month to complete this review. In the end just one suggestion for people out here join whatever organization you want to join, but please don't join wipro ever. I don't want Anyone life to turn into a nightmare. Wipro should put their jingle line as Join at your own risk
