      Pros

      LOVE the meritocracy structure of this start up. All the fun of a start up (i.e. cool work environment, awesome team) You also get to be a part of the company that's disrupting the way the companies are taking care of their biggest assets- their people.

      Cons

      The rapid expansion of Gympass is a pro as well as a con - some processes aren't in place yet and that can be really frustrating.
