      Pros

      My experience working for Walmart great. I enjoyed the work that I performed, most of my coworkers, my supervisor and the assistant manager over our department. I felt the benefits for the job that I held was appropriate and should be expected. Walmart has many programs for employees that are trying to better themselves if an employee only apply themselves.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits fit the positions. I don't know why a person would expect more from unskilled jobs though.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
