--micromanagement, lack of experience in senior management --No standardization difficult to understand environment. --decision made over the fly. Lack of Process. --Lack of respect at work place --Politics are killing everybody - everyone is angling for themselves. --everyday 4000 emails. Between emails and meetings, you're working all the time without doing any work.
