-Employee Discount. -thankful only to a couple of hidden references that help me get to where (different company) I am today, God bless you guys!!!
Cons
-No Job Outlook, no room to grow and no job opportunities. -Manager stub their noses at people that are interested in promotion. -Promote monkeys to management positions. -Let technicians evaluate pharmacists (techs get away destroying reputation due to jealously). -store managers are only certified technicians and not pharmacists...yet they control the pharmacists with the licenses. -break rules (let their kids run around in the pharmacy...board violation). -No living costs raises. -hard, diligent work is not honored, never "good enough." -customers are always right, even when their opioids are too early or fake Rx are given out, store manager still caters to their corrupt customers.
