Pros
Completely recommend doing an apprenticeship with Vodafone. My team have been nothing short of welcoming and understanding. Any question I have is always answered. They are super supportive whenever I’m unsure of things and my manager is always there if I need help with anything. The pay, benefits and bonuses are a big plus too!
Cons
Some things can be unorganised or lack clarity. It doesn’t tend to happen to often but sometimes scheduling can be difficult to organise or you may not be informed of it last minute.
