Pros
Flexible hybrid work policy, 2 days per week at the office, very good work-life balance. Good tech stack across most engineering teams. It's a great place to gain experience/exposure, understand how a large organization operates and explore new things and roles. Many good and also young people.
Cons
Salary is below market rates, there is no clear/structured path for career progression. A slow-paced work environment, which can be demotivating for employees interested in learning and growing while also enabling unmotivated and settled employees to remain. Mostly poor and toxic management, that lacks technical knowledge, and relies on politics and micromanagement, rather than competence and structured planning.
