      Pros

      A lot of tech exposure, the higher ups always make it easy for new tech to be exposed to other teams. I personally was involved in using new technology as there was a push for teams to start using new tools and tech.

      Cons

      There isn't a clear progression path for software developers.

      Innovative talent all over Vodafone

      Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
