Pros
If I distribute positions in 3 layers of VOIS 1. Top management (GM, VP, etc..) - Very good 2. Middle management (Reporting managers, leads etc…) - Worst ever in the history of vodafone 3. Team level - Very good, helping each other, happy team engagement, environment
Cons
Too much micromanagement like if someone away for one hour, someone informed the team, PO, scrum master, lead about absence in that specific meeting, still reporting manager giving feedback and asking questions like why not joined, blah blah. Yearly goals are made with foolish approach, taking interviews, supporting outside working hours are goals nowadays.
